The ESIS Vendor Compliance Manager ensures compliance with ESIS third party vendor policies and processes by partnering with ESIS leaders to meet business needs while maintaining compliance, overseeing third party vendor adherence to company requirements, managing vendor onboarding and due diligence, maintaining SOC report databases, organizing vendor records, and staying updated on vendor changes to ensure continued compliance. The role requires 5+ years claims experience (workers compensation, auto, general liability), 2+ years supervisory experience, 2+ years vendor oversight, familiarity with Coupa/BuyNow, strategic thought leadership, excellent communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel less than 10%. Located preferably in Philadelphia, PA.
