Chubb Global Casualty is seeking an Executive Underwriter, Team Lead to support the NYC team. Responsibilities include evaluating, selecting, underwriting, pricing, quoting and maintaining new and renewal commercial casualty business, retaining accounts through active participation in the Chubb Stewardship process, adhering to Chubb standards on pricing and servicing, participating in product line projects, and overseeing operational tasks to ensure file construction, documentation, and self-audit adherence. Candidates should have deep strategic relationships, a college degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years of commercial casualty experience including underwriting Fortune 1000 companies, excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, sales and marketing skills, and preferably advanced computer skills. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $165,000 with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
