As an Experience Design Vice President in our Card portfolio focused on end-to-end customer experiences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products and services. Leveraging your deep knowledge of design and research practices to lead strategically important initiatives and develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements and user needs. As a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams guiding and partnering with design, content, and research peers and associates. Your expertise in experience strategy and service design will ensure that our offerings are not only visually appealing but also connected and cohesive journeys, enhancing the end-to-end customer experience (CX). You will be at the forefront on forging transformative partnerships with top-tier global brands, creating innovative co-brand card solutions that drive commerce and deliver unparalleled rewards. In addition, you will be responsible for helping to set a vision and develop Card services that boost our efficiency and effectiveness with our global brand partners.
