Day-to-day responsibilities

• Conducting makeup application services for customersfrom full glam to natural looks

• Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helpingour customers to find the best products for their needs and making sureeveryone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!

• Work alongside your teamto deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store

What success looks like in this role

• Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours

• Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments forour customers that helpthem to feel amazing in their own skin

• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertiseto build the make-up category

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
