Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools, and materials listed in Customer Service Representative and Assistant Site Manager job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Computer skills or ability to acquire them for report analysis, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver's license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized, and up to company standards.
• Maintain professional and supportive image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and separating employees.

Site Relationships

• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints timely and professionally.
• Promote safe and positive public image in community.

Training and Development

• Prepare timely performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image, marketing, and safety.

Communication

• Ensure timely communication among employees and with Market Manager.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
• Manage files, reports, merchandise stocking, displays, and employment posters.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits.
• Budget, forecast P&L lines, manage merchandise margins.
• Safeguard all money and perform financial analysis.

Working Conditions

• Work indoors and occasionally outdoors performing cleaning tasks.
• Exposure to cold temperatures, noise, minimum supervision.
• Act as effective manager, supervisor, and leader.
