Internship program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Chile and will receive training & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing an inclusive culture based on Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. The program is designed for recent graduate students eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious, and self-initiated. It offers full-time internship roles with a minimum duration of 6 months, serving as a pipeline for analyst roles. Interns will have the opportunity to work across various departments including legal, compliance, back office, middle office, front office, payments, HR, and product delivery.
