As the go‑to technical expert for your region, you will:
Repair, service, and testStryker’s electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
Deliverpreventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checkson equipment in hospitals and clinical settings.
Install systemsand completehardware and software upgradesat customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians.
Manage your own scheduleand regional travel with autonomy while meeting service commitments.
Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met.
Document all service activitiesaccurately for compliance and full traceability.
Support internal teams and customers withtechnical advice and training.
Actionrecalls, field safety notices, and regulatory‑driven field actionsin collaboration with quality teams.
Identify and escalate insightson product performance and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Medical Electronics, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Software, Medical Physics, or a related technical field.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong hands‑on technical capability and troubleshooting ability.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or trade experience.
Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
