
This role is part of Alcon'sTechnical Servicefunctionfor our Medical Devices Eyecare Surgical EquipmentDivision, a team focused on improving quality, processes,products andservicesacross our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes.The purpose ofthejobis to providecustomer,administrativeandlogisticsupporttotheTech.Service organizationmaintainingan excellent customer relationship.Theroleis primarily responsible for managingmedical device records,service contractset-up and invoicing,administrative support to Field Service Engineersandlogistic supportforsparepartsshipments.You will apply technical knowledge, follow procedures, and make decisions to ensure efficient operationsandexcellent customer satisfaction with Alcon products and service.
Major Accountabilities:
Responsible for providing service operations supportto field service teams in the areas of triggering & tracking:
prompt, efficient, and cost-effective response to customer needs
products and installed base records update
service contractmanagement(documentation creation,set-up, invoicing)
new/installed/demoequipmentinstallationsand servicing(admin. support)
service case managementinServiceMax& SAPsystems (review, closing, invoicing)
PreventiveMaintenance&Retrofitplanning and on-time completion
spare parts orders, parts stockmaintenanceandtimelyreturns
optimalquality performance of the service processes including test equipment use, calibration process, documentation processes, controlled documentprocessetc.

• Apply technical knowledge to perform tasks and support project goals effectively
• Follow procedures with decision-making authority, requiring job-related training, attention to detail, and reliability
• Handle specific technical tasks, supporting operations and contributing to efficiency within defined procedures
• Adhere toGxPregulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Maintainaccurateand complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control
• Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements
• Contribute to the overall compliance of the organization by committing to continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
•College Level qualification or equivalent as minimum
• Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in an administrative role
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus but notrequired
• Experiencewith SAPandSalesforceCRM(ServiceMax)systemsis an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detailand data integrity
•Communication Skills (oral, written and listening ability): Effectively and efficiently convey clear,completeand focused information
•Prioritizingtasks efficiently and productively and managingtime well
•Adaptability/Flexibility: Highly adaptable / flexible – ability to react and respond positively to changing conditions,prioritiesand workload
• Fluent communication skills in bothCzechand English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
