Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team within a manufacturing environment. This internship is designed to provide both educational and hands-on experience in key financial functions, including Field Accounting, Operations, and Budget Management. The intern will gain practical exposure by applying academic knowledge in a professional setting while supporting real-world financial processes.

Support budget review and analysis processesAssist with monthly "flash" reporting review and variance analysisHelp track and monitor operational expenses and financial performanceAssist with field accounting activities, including data collection and reconciliationSupport preparation of financial reports and presentationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial informationPerform basic data entry, analysis, and documentation tasksParticipate in process improvement initiatives within the finance functionQualifications:Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance or AccountingMinimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (please don't round)Relocation is not provided for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX site.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. • Prior internship, co-op, or campus leadership experience in finance, accounting, supply chain, or operations
Experience with data analysis and reporting (e.g., PivotTables, charts, basic Power Query, or similar tools)Familiarity with ERP or finance systems (e.g., SAP) and/or accounts payable, budgeting, or inventory finance conceptsSkills:Position Criteria:
