The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation - Anaplan Consultant, Manager, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize finance functions and enhance their contribution to the business. Within our Finance practice, you will address challenges in achieving appropriate standards of control and efficient back-office opportunities, providing insightful support to drive better business decisions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role, you will analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Responsibilities
Leading finance transformation initiatives using Anaplan to optimize financial planning and analysis processesCollaborating with CEOs, CFOs, and other finance leaders to align financial strategies with business objectivesManaging and mentoring teams to deliver client-focused solutions in enterprise performance managementAnalyzing complex financial data to provide actionable insights and drive informed business decisionsDeveloping and implementing financial models and forecasting tools to enhance decision-making capabilitiesUtilizing data visualization software to create clear and impactful financial reportsConducting due diligence research to support financial planning and budgeting activitiesIdentifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within finance functionsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business development effortsUpholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions and deliverablesWhat You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 4 years of experience in Anaplan toolWhat Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/InsuranceDemonstrating proficiency in Anaplan for financial planning and analysisUtilizing data visualization software to enhance financial reportingExcelling in complex data analysis to drive strategic decisionsManaging operational performance with a focus on process optimizationDeveloping financial models to support business transformation initiativesEmbracing change and innovation in digital finance solutionsThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
