At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistlerthe housekeeping team plays a vital role indeliveringthe bestrooms experience for our guests. As afull timeFloorSupervisoryou’llensuringall guest roomsare inspectedand up to standardas well as coach and train team members.
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in guestexperience, enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills withothersis motivated to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality environment.You’llbe part of a team that balances volume with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
WhatYou’llDo
Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendantswhoareresponsible forthe cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel
Train,coachand monitorteam members’daily progress
Communicate effectively with teams when rooms can be released and when follow-up is necessary

2-3 years in a Housekeeping position
Hotel Systems Knowledge – HotSOSpreferred
Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
Valid work authorization for Canada
