What you will do
Lead, manage and develop the StrykerLower ExtremitiesSales team.As aLower ExtremitiesSales Manager at Stryker, youare in charge ofdriving revenue and developing the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace.Working a fast-paced environment excites you, and your non-stopintensity fuels your days.In order toexceed territory market shareobjectives,you’llanalyze market information,identifyand meet with new prospects and creates sales plans and marketing strategies.You’llprepare,monitorand manage budgets and expenditures andwe’lllook to you for recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates. Knowing that relationships are key to success in sales,you’llbuild ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons and internal relationships with your teams of sales associates. What you need
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus
5+ yearsdemonstratedsuccessful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred)
2+ years of sales management experience and/ordemonstratedability to work with and lead others toaccomplishsales goals
Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)
Base/Draw + commission: $110,000 - $150,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses and benefit bringing total compensation potential to $225,000- 300,000
