In 2016, the Nanit baby monitor revolutionized the industry with computer-vision and machine-learning capabilities that helped parents understand their baby’s sleep patterns and allowed them to achieve better sleep quality. Now, the company has become the leader in the connected parenting space, with an incredible customer base of highly-engaged parents who look to Nanit as a source of information and expertise on their parenting journey.
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support across Nanit’s global operations. In this role, you will report directly to Nanit’s Chief Financial Officer and own the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting across manufacturing costs, logistics, headcount, and variable departmental spend, including consulting and professional services. You will help establish financial rigor and accountability across multiple business units while delivering clear, data-driven insights that support both day-to-day execution and Nanit’s continued growth.
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
$150,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
