Major Activities
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements; execute policies and standards
- Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales and production results
- Complete framing orders with high quality and on time
- Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas
- Deliver friendly customer service; help customers find products; ensure a well merchandised and stocked store
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Interact respectfully with others and promote organizational values
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
- Operate cash register and handle cash according to standards
- Assist with Omni channel processes
Minimum Experience Required
- Basic computer and measuring skills
- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter
Preferred Experience
- Retail experience
- Experience selling products or services to customers
Physical Requirements
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Standing for long periods
- Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves using ladder or equipment
Work Environment
- Public retail store setting with climate controlled public areas
- Some outdoor work and stock rooms may not be climate controlled
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $17.50 - $20.60 per hour
