The Retail Floor Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coordinating day-to-day store execution. The Retail Floor Supervisor supports the Store Manager by managing the sales floor, coaching team members on customer engagement, loyalty, operations, and ensuring store standards, processes, and policies are executed consistently.
