We are seeking a Functional Product Manager - Tax to develop and manage tax-related processes and products. This role involves collaborating across multiple functions, driving process re-engineering, and implementing innovative technology solutions aligning with strategic tax goals. Responsibilities include leading process improvements within finance, tax, and commercial areas, delivering solutions across ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC, IFS10, OneStream), ensuring compliance with tax law changes, partnering with project teams, driving change management, and developing global process landscapes and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process re-engineering and improvements within finance, tax, and commercial processes.
- Ideate and deliver holistic solutions across ERP systems including SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC, IFS10, and others.
- Assess impacts of tax law changes; ensure compliance within systems.
- Partner with project delivery teams to provide business requirements and support implementation.
- Contribute to design and governance of critical access roles.
- Drive communication and change management to promote standardization, automation, and compliance.
- Develop and update Global Process Landscape & SOPs to guide tax outcomes.
- Identify control risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate end-to-end processes toward automated, efficient, and standardized solutions.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 10 years experience in tax, finance, or commercial process roles within global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of tax, finance processes, and relevant regulations.
- Hands-on experience with finance system implementations (SAP S4 HANA, RAR, FICA, SAC).
- Proficiency with MS Office tools like Excel and Project.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead change and transformation projects.

This role is within the Global Service Centers Americas team in Mexico City, open to Mexican workers due to legal guidelines.
