What You Will Do:

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle inquiries and test drives
• Provide expert product knowledge and present vehicle features and benefits
• Develop relationships and follow up with leads and prospects
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences from first contact through delivery

What We Are Looking For:

• A passion for sales and a genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Valid drivers license

The annual estimated earnings range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
