Lithia & Driveway is looking to build a talent pipeline of skilled and motivated Service Technicians for upcoming roles across our service departments.

What You Will Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure top-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards for safety and quality.

What We Are Looking For:

• Automotive Technician Certification or equivalent (or currently in progress)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing the job right.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Dealership or independent shop experience is a plus.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace committed to equal employment opportunity. The Flat Rate Earnings Range is $16.50 - $71.75 per hour.
