En tant que Responsable de Studio au sein dun Studio de Vente Lucid, votre principale responsabilit sera de grer directement, encadrer, dvelopper et soutenir une quipe de vente afin darticuler et de dlivrer avec succs la marque Lucid et lexprience de proprit. Ce rle reportera directement au Responsable de March afin de diriger lquipe du studio ainsi que les processus permettant au studio datteindre ses objectifs de ventes.
SANT DE LACTIVIT
- Encadrer et motiver lquipe de vente afin datteindre les objectifs de ventes, dessais routiers, de livraisons et de productivit
Faire preuve de leadership commercial en effectuant des jeux de rle et en maintenant une prsence active dans les espaces en contact avec les clients
Former et dvelopper lquipe sur les processus de vente, de financement et de livraison
Analyser les donnes pour dterminer les stratgies commerciales optimales
Dfinir des objectifs individuels pour votre quipe, en veillant ce que les processus et routines favorisent la constitution dun pipeline et la cration de propritaires afin datteindre les objectifs du studio
Veiller ce que lquipe matrise tous les aspects lis la connaissance des produits Lucid ainsi que les offres pertinentes de lindustrie automobile et le paysage concurrentiel
Viser lexcellence dans toutes les zones dactivit afin datteindre les attentes propres lemplacement concern
ENGAGEMENT DES EMPLOYS
- Fournir un coaching cibl et un dveloppement des comptences pour les Spcialistes de Vente et les Ambassadeurs de Marque afin dexceller dans les indicateurs de performance, avec des runions individuelles hebdomadaires
Recruter, former et dvelopper une quipe performante et axe sur le client, en veillant ce que tous les postes soient pourvus en temps opportun
Fournir leadership, direction et accompagnement tous les membres de lquipe de vente afin dassurer une exprience fluide pour les clients et lensemble de la communaut Lucid

EXPRIENCE CLIENT

OPRATIONS DU STUDIO
- Assumer la responsabilit des oprations du studio afin dassurer un parcours client fluide et sans friction, de la rservation jusqu la livraison
Superviser linventaire et la prsentation du merchandising
Grer et coordonner la planification des horaires de lquipe du studio
Collaborer avec les Oprations Retail et coordonner avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services selon les besoins
Veiller ce que lentretien des installations et la prsentation du showroom respectent les standards de la marque
Spanouir dans un environnement dynamique o linnovation est incontournable et o le changement est constant
Assister dans les oprations quotidiennes selon les besoins
Qualifications
- Plus de 5 ans dexprience en gestion de magasin dans le retail, le luxe ou lhtellerie
Exprience en gestion des ventes automobiles souhaite
Diplme de licence ou exprience quivalente en commerce, vente ou discipline associe
Exprience dans la direction dune quipe de professionnels orients vente capables datteindre leurs objectifs
Exprience dans la prise de dcisions bases sur les donnes et la responsabilisation de lquipe vis--vis des KPI
Solide exprience et capacit diriger une quipe favorisant un environnement inclusif et collaboratif
Agir avec urgence et promouvoir lexcellence dans tous les objectifs de lentreprise
Matrise de langlais ; une seconde langue est un atout
Matrise de Microsoft Office, des outils CRM (ex. : Salesforce) et des systmes de gestion retail
Dmontrer une passion pour les vhicules lectriques et le march des vhicules premium
Capacit travailler en soire et le week-end dans un environnement retail
Capacit obtenir la licence approprie du DMV de ltat, le cas chant
Permis de conduire valide sans suspension au cours de lanne prcdente. Les conducteurs de moins de 21 ans doivent avoir dtenu un permis de conduire pendant au moins 3 ans et russir la formation Lucid lembauche

As a Studio Manager within a Lucid Sales Studio, your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience. This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.
BUSINESS HEALTH
- Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals
- Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and having an active presence in customer-facing locations
- Train and develop team on sales, financing and delivery processes
- Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies
- Set individual goals for your team, ensuring processes and routines are conducive to building pipeline and creating owners in order to reach studio goals
- Ensure the team is fluent in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge and relevant automotive industry offerings, and competitive landscape
- Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for the respective location
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Provide targeted coaching, skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to excel in performance metrics with weekly one-on one meetings
- Recruitment, training and development of a high performing and customer focused team, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner
- Provide leadership, direction and coach all members of the Sales Team to ensure a seamless experience for customers and all members of the Lucid community.
- Develop inclusive, diverse, and high performing teams through defining efficient processes and developing the sales team through teaching moments.
- Sets sales goals, timelines, and target lists for Sales Specialists and tracks results to ensure timely execution on lead generation and/or market Initiatives.
- Demonstrates a confidence in operations and planning all aspects of the business including developing monthly sales attainment plans and communication of results to team.
- Manages leads, appointments, reservations and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company initiatives and engaging team through effective coaching, performance management and training.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Responsible for ensuring all employees provide best-in-class experience in every interaction on the studio floor, in test drives, and through actively following up on leads
- Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers best interest while also supporting Lucids mission
- Also acts as a Senior Sales Advisor, handling high-potential customers
- Clientele management for VIP customers
- Your hands-on leadership will assist in coaching and training your sales team to deliver an exceptional experience that touches both the heart and mind of the customer.
STUDIO OPERATIONS
- Own the operations within the studio to ensure the customer journey is frictionless and seamless from reservation through to delivery.
- Supervise merchandising product inventory and display
- Manage and coordinate Studio team scheduling.
- Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation is inevitable, and change is expected.
- Assist with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality.
- Automotive sales management experience preferred
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
- Experience with leading a team of sales focused professionals that can deliver an achievement of their targets.
- Experience making data driven decisions and holding team accountable to KPIs
- Extensive experience and ability to lead a team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives.
- Proficient in English with a secondary language skill set being a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
- Demonstrates a passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
- Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
- Valid drivers license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
