• DevelopandstandardizeglobalSOPsandguidelinesforgashandlingandlifecyclemanagement

• EnsureHSEcomplianceandsafestoragestandardsacrossallfacilities

• Leadgaslifecyclemanagement,includingqualitycontrol,reuse, andsustainabilityinitiatives

• Driveandcoordinatetechnicalimprovementsrelatedtogassystemsinfactories

• Supportinvestmentprojectsbydefiningtechnicalrequirementsandensuringefficientsystemdesign

• DriveequipmentharmonizationanddigitalintegrationwithintheDigitalFactoryenvironment

• DevelopanddelivertrainingprogramsandbuildaglobalSMEknowledgenetwork

• Conductaudits,ensurecompliance, andleadincidentinvestigationswithstrongrootcauseanalysis

• Monitorregulatorychangesandsustainabilitytrends,translatingthemintocontinuousimprovements

Yourbackground:

• UniversitydegreeinMechanicalEngineering,Mechatronicsorequivalenttechnicalfield;

• Minimum5yearsofexperiencegashandlingandrelatedenvironment,preferablyintheenergysectorinrelationshiptoswitchgearand HVsystems;

• Generalunderstandingwithregulationandenvironmentalstandards;

• Knowledgeofproductionsystems,processoptimization, PFMEA,Leanmethodology, andcontinuousimprovement;

• Experienceworkingin amatrixandglobalorganization;

• Strongcommunicationskills;collaborativeteamplayerabletoinfluencewithoutdirectauthority.
