About the Role
As the Global LCL & CRM Business Development Manager, you will bridge the gap between pipeline performance and business targets, while acting as a key link between Product, Sales, and Customers.
You will:
Orchestrate opportunities across Global, Regional, and Area teams
Engage directly with customers alongside Sales to design and close solutions
Drive pipeline quality, conversion, and growth delivery
Support sales teams with insights, tools, and structured guidance to win
