The Graphic Designers role is to elevate our pitch decks and highlight our creative capabilities through strong design and creative thinking, being able to turn an idea or strategic direction into a visual story. Our potential clients should be able to understand the goals, impact, and power of our creative mockups without looking at the description.

What You'll Do Here:

Support the Creative team in the creation of pitch decks, RFPs, creative concepts, and mockups in Google Slides or any additional format required.
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Creative team and Strategists
Produce sketches, storyboards roughs to visualize ideas where needed
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience for each brand
Take work from concept to final execution within quick deadlines
Present completed ideas to team members and revise where needed
Stay on top of all industry trends and maintain best practices
Align with the project manager/deck lead to ensure all creative produced for Business Development assets aligns with our teams capabilities
Coordinate with other departments at Viral Nation to produce necessary assets or materials for the completion of any RFP or internal project

What You'll Need To Have:

1-2 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer
Hands-on experience with graphic design including creative ideation, logo design, typography, color, web layout design, social media graphics and mockups, pitch deck design, and image selection
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Slides
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable conceptualizing creative ideas on your own
Must have a strong understanding of the RFP process
Must have experience designing pitch deck templates and mockups
Relevant education or training

This role has an annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.

This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.

Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.
