What you'll do...
- Lead and develop teams: cultivate talent, teach, learn and grow with the team.
- Own category management strategy: Set the short- and long-term strategy.
- Drive financial planning: Support and review department-level forecasts; guide category financial forecasts and targets; provide direction on unit planning and forecast adjustments; advise on forecasts above department level.
- Lead supplier negotiations & governance: Maintain executive-level supplier relationships; optimize outcomes across multi-department suppliers; mitigation actions; approve payment terms and allowances; ensure adherence to recall/removal processes.
- Use data & digital tools to drive decisions: Leverage data for real-time decisions, hypothesis-driven testing, and a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://one.walmart.com/notices. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
