What you will do:

As a Group Pension Employee, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Pension policies, ensuring accurate policy administration, financial transactions, and high-quality client service. The role combines operational excellence, data accuracy, and direct client support, contributing to the smooth execution of pension-related processes.

Your day-to-day:

• Update Company’s informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements

• Billing Calculation

• Benefit calculation and payment process

• Management (buy & sell orders) for clients investment selection

• Members account transfer process

• Fund statement/individual statement issuance

• Customer reconciliation process

• Monthly EOM Reporting

• Customers digital platform support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written

• Very good command of MS Office especially in excel

• Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented environment

• Familiarity with pension products or policy administration systems is a plus
