Revenue Operations
You are a technical architect with a product mindset and a bias toward action. As a GTM Engineer at Justworks, you will be the force multiplier for our entire go-to-market organization. You are excited by the opportunity to build systems that touch the full revenue lifecyclefrom acquisition to retentionand use automation and AI and automation to unlock scale, speed, and precision.You have a strong foundation in the Salesforce ecosystemwhether youve spent years architecting within it or have used it as a primary source of truth in your previous roles.
This is not just an ops or analyst role. You are a builder who turns ambiguity into systems, data into decisions, and manual processes into intelligent workflows. Youll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to design infrastructure that drives growth and improves customer outcomes.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $112,500.00 - $123,750.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
