Our Brand Success team partners with our largest brands to help them maximize their business on Faire, serving as a critical revenue and growth driver for both brands and Faire.
As Director of GTM Strategy & Operations for Brand Success, you'll be the strategic and operational partner to Brand Success leadership, maximizing the organizations impact and shaping its strategy, operating model, and investment priorities. Youll be a true player-coach, leading a small, high-performing team while personally tackling the organization's most complex and highest-impact challenges. You'll drive results end-to-end - diving into the data, identifying opportunities, aligning cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks, and leading execution through to measurable business impact. Youll move with urgency and roll up your sleeves to jump into whatever it takes to drive results, partnering across Product, Brand Success, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance. This is a high-visibility role where you'll regularly present business performance, strategic insights, and recommendations to Faire's leadership team, and your work will directly shape how we grow Faires and our customers businesses.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high-impact player-coach - leading a small high-performing team while personally tackling ambiguous business problems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and >Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
