Job Description
Role Mission
As a Gucci Senior Client Advisor, you will assist the Store Director and Team Manager in driving sales results, training and supervising Client Advisors, managing merchandise, and daily store operations.
You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader with strong relationship building skills both external and internal. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador promoting Gucci values within the marketplace.
Key Accountabilities
Team
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to deliver high performance through customer centric attitude and sales leadership.
- Partner with Team Manager to support coaching and feedback to achieve business and product goals.
- Assist in team development and growth, ensure consistent onboarding and training aligned with brand initiatives.
Client
- Role model exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to surpass shopping needs.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, Gucci history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients through community networking as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring highest customer service and sales quality.
Operations
- Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards according to Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations when management is absent.
- Serve as first point of contact for difficult client issues.
Key Requirements
- Experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail or service industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to foster positive customer experiences that build loyalty and measurable results.
- Ability to manage prioritization in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
