This role requires flexibility for any shift (including overnight) and any day. Overnight shifts have differential pay.

How You'll Shine:

As a Guest Services Associate, you will warmly welcome guests, provide excellent service, and create memorable vacation experiences from registration to checkout. Duties include sharing resort and local information, providing room rates and confirming reservations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and nearby attractions.
• Process cash and credit transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle cashier responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify guest folio charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with accurate room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns promptly.

What You'll Bring:

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills (read, write, understand).
• Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Basic math ability and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Compensation:

Typically starting at $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience, education, skills, training, and location.
