Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI transformation strategy across engineering

• Deliver ≥30% productivity improvement enabling workforce reduction
• Redesign workforce and operating model
• Embed AI across development, testing, DevOps, and support
• Protect critical regulatory and revenue-generating programs
• Establish governance, tooling standards, and ROI tracking
• Build AI Center of Excellence

Success Metrics (6 Months)

Measurable improvement in engineering productivity (20–40% in initial target projects)

• Maintained or improved quality and defect rates
• Measurable financial ROI delivered

Operating Priorities

Protect regulatory and compliance work

• Prioritize revenue-generating products
• Eliminate or pause non-critical initiatives
• Maintain minimum viable KTLO capacity
• Balance cost reduction with delivery continuity

Experience Required

15+ years in large-scale technology organizations

• Proven enterprise transformation leadership
• Deep expertise in AI-enabled engineering and DevOps
• Experience with workforce and cost optimization programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery environments

Reporting Line

Reports to Head of Technology for GIDS and Retirement Solutions US
