We have a new opportunity for an established, high-impact product leader to join our Consumer Services function as Head of Product - Consumer Growth & Experience, reporting directly to the Chief Product and Commercial Officer.
Your mission is to drive growth, engagement, and long-term customer value by creating seamless, personalised, and high-performing product experiences, by leading our new domain - Access and Activation, owning the end-to-end customer entry point and early lifecycle.
You will lead and inspire a talented product team, setting direction, driving execution, and embedding innovation, ensuring more customers discover, access, and regularly engage with Experian, particularly our flagship credit score proposition.
