THE JOB:
At Bellagio, luxury meets personalized service, and as a Hotel Operations Manager, you’ll help lead the team that creates exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. In this role, you’ll partner with hotel leadership to guide and support the Front Desk team while driving operational excellence in one of the most sophisticated destinations on the Las Vegas Strip.
From leading daily operations and coaching teams to enhancing service standards and achieving operational goals, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and creating a welcoming, seamless environment for every visitor.
