About the role

The HR Business Partner at Pernod Ricard partners with the business to align people priorities with organisational goals, contributing to long-term success while fostering a culture of conviviality and performance.

What you will do

Strategic HR Planning and Partnership

• Collaborate closely with business leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Partner with global teams to deliver key initiatives, including team design and senior talent planning.
• Work across leadership teams to align the People Strategy and support organisational growth.

Talent Management and Succession Planning

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in partnership with global teams.
• Design and implement effective succession plans to build a diverse and future-ready leadership pipeline.
• Champion career development initiatives that enable employees to grow and thrive.

Employee Relations and Compliance

• Act as a trusted point of support for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with local labour laws, cultural practices, and risk management policies.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment.

Performance and Change Management

• Enhance performance management approaches to align with team and organisational goals.
• Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives in partnership with leadership teams.
• Enable transformation projects that support people priorities and business strategy.

Data-Driven HR & Leadership

• Use HR data insights to inform decisions, including workforce planning and budget management.
• Coach and support People Partners to deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned to global strategy.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in HR business partnering within a complex and evolving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to adapt confidently to changing business needs.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes.
• Demonstrates integrity and alignment with Pernod Ricard’s values.
• Experience using data to support informed HR decision-making.
