What Youll Do
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist EMEA to join our International People Experience team.
Reporting to the Director, HRBP EMEA & UK, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and our employees and business leaders across the EMEA region, while acting as the primary HR Operations contact for our French legal entity.

What Youll Be Working On
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle in France and across EMEA: onboarding, contract administration, changes, leaves, offboarding
- Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS (status, reporting lines, documentation)
- Coordinate payroll inputs and act as the day-to-day HR contact for payroll provider
- Manage employee benefits administration for the French population
- The role may also support employee lifecycle and HR operations activities for the UK population, subject to workload and regional priorities
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as a key contact for employees on HR-related topics, ensuring a supportive and confidential approach
- Support employee relations cases (absences, performance, disciplinary processes, grievances) in close partnership with the Director HRBP
Works Council (France) Setup & Ongoing Support
- Support the setup and implementation of the Works Council (CSE) in France in close partnership with the Director HRBP
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of works council elections, timelines, and required documentation
- Support the Director HRBP in managing relationships with employee representatives
- Prepare operational materials for works council meetings
Recruitment
- Support recruitment activities across EMEA in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Team, the Director HRBP and Hiring Managers
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are consistently applied and compliant with local regulations
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Support compensation and benefits administration across the region
- Prepare salary and benefits documentation and ensure accurate implementation
- Liaise with external benefits providers and payroll partners as needed
HR Processes, Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Implement and maintain HR processes and policies across EMEA
- Support HR projects global and international (HRIS optimization, process standardization, policy rollouts)
- Support audits, data cleaning, and compliance checks
Stakeholder & Manager Support
- Provide operational HR guidance to managers on processes, policies, and local requirements
- Act as a reliable operational partner to the Director HRBP
- Support change initiatives and organizational updates from an HR operations perspective
Must Haves
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
- Experience in a multi-country or international environment (EMEA preferred)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management
- Exposure to works council topics in France is a strong plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong operational HR expertise and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of employment law principles (French labor law knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
- Curious, proactive, reliable and a solution-oriented mindset
- High level of autonomy and ownership
Languages
- Fluent English required
- French required
