AstheHR OperationsAdministrator,you willbe responsible forsupportingtheHR andPayroll processing teamswithcase triage,document management,invoice processing,phone calls, emails,andreportrequests.

- Ability toanswerhighcall volumeprofessionallywhileresponding tointernal and externalinquiries
- Maintaina high levelof customer service throughtimelyresponse toemailsandcases
- Scan and distribute agency mailings
- Ensure Withholding Orders are scanned and uploaded to ADPin a timely manner
- Support theHRteam with data entry, data validation and special projects as needed
- Processstoppayments, direct deposit reversals,and off-cycle payments
- Complete employment and wage verifications
- Maintaina high levelof confidentiality for allHR-related items
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diplomaor GEDrequired
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
- Computer literacy andexperienceusingMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Stronganalyticaland problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal,oral,and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Abilityto work in a highly structured team environment
