Job Description
The Human Resources Partner is responsible for providing HR Generalist support for BioLife Plasma Services network. Key responsibilities include supporting organizational HR initiatives such as leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee training, employee relations, and legal compliance. The role partners with district and center management to improve employee engagement and retention, delivers training and coaching on employment matters, analyzes HR trends, and manages employee relations issues. The position requires travel within Arizona, Utah, and other US states, and works in a virtual/remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership development, performance management, compensation, and employee training programs.
- Partner with management to support employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct in-person employee listening sessions and provide feedback to management.
- Develop and implement HR programs and processes for business effectiveness.
- Analyze HR trends to recommend preventative actions and support talent planning.
- Manage employee relations issues ensuring legal compliance.
- Provide management training and facilitate HR training sessions.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover and grievance trends.
- Support leave of absence and accommodation processes.
- Participate in other HR and business projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years experience as a Human Resources generalist.
- Experience in health care or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
