The Role: HR Intern - Process Improvement & People Analytics
Mission (About the Role)
We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven HR Intern to support process improvement and people analytics initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance HR efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience across the organization.
What will you do?
1. Process Improvement & Automation
- Map and analyze current HR processes (e. g., recruitment, onboarding, data management) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Leverage AI and digital tools (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, chatbots) to automate repetitive HR tasks
- D rive change & adoption across stakeholders
2. People Analytics & Insights
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g., attrition, hiring metrics, engagement trends)
- Support workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives
- Apply AI tools to derive insights, predictive trends, and data visualization
3. AI & Digital HR Enablement
- Explore and pilot AI-based solutions to improve HR operations and employee experience
- Support the integration of AI tools in HR processes
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners and COEs to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Support communication, training, and change management efforts for new tools or processes
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources , Business, Data Science / Analytics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities, coupled with a keen interest in digital transformation
