Details:
• Program duration: Two years
• Rotations: Two unique twelve-month assignments in different HR functions
• The program will begin at our Dublin headquarters, where you will work as a Country HR Generalist supporting Eaton Ireland. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR support to employees, manage key HR processes such as payroll, onboarding, and offboarding, and contribute to the UK & Ireland HRS transformation and harmonization initiatives.
• In the second year of the program, you will relocate to another country within the region, where you will continue to develop either as a Country HR Generalist or as a Junior HR Business Partner
• The program begins in September 2026.
Qualifications:
• Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
• Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience maximum)
