- Title: HVAC Technician
- Location: Dayton, OH
- 3K SIGN ON BONUS
- Salary: Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What Will I Be Doing?
- Work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment; follow all safety guidelines.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Work without supervision, including equipment installation and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and provide feedback on service delivery.
- Use hand and power tools, HVAC and refrigeration tools, and rigging.
- Work at elevated areas using fall protection equipment.
- Be flexible to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as required.
- Complete accurate and timely administrative duties related to time accounting and work orders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
- EPA Certificate - Universal Technician.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to observe close details, control precision, manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move for extended periods.
- Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, equipment, and forklifts safely.
- Ability to wear a respirator during job duties.
- Effective communication skills.
Work Environment:
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, electrical shock risk, vibration, occasional extreme heat and cold, wet/humid conditions, and loud noise levels.
