
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems.
Conduct building tours, maintain equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action.
Respond to all HVAC, Glycol and Ammoniatrouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the critical specifications of all Data Centers and critical environments as well as operational and comfort needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable.
Be proficient in the functionality of the BMS/EMS and understand the sequences required for proper building, equipment and system operations.
Work with engineers, contractors and consultants in evaluating the proper operation of the building systems.
Maintain a professional, safe and clean environment.
Troubleshoot HVAC, Glycol and Ammoniaequipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs.
MaintainHVAC, Glycol and Ammoniaequipment on an ongoing basis as part of thefacilitiespreventive maintenance program.
Perform other related duties as assigned, assisting other tradesmen, and emergency repairs.
Adhere to establishedHVAC, Glycol and Ammoniawork order preventive maintenance schedule.
Completes work in accordance with C&W Services Business Systems Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
Able to assist with otherfacilitieswork as needed
Create and maintain all operational SOPs for site specific equipment and systems.
REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
Minimum of5yearsfield experience incommercialfacilities
Education or training inHVAC, Glycol and Ammoniarefrigeration and controls
Refrigeration Technician License
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Strong writing skills required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 25lbs frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally
Climb and workoff ofladders and aerial lifts safely
Observant which requires seeing, hearing, and smelling
