The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications which provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.
The Mainframe Operations team within IAM Operations delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase's Clients and Employees with a focus on risk reduction, stability, security, resiliency and efficiencies. IAM's focus on standardization, consistency and simplicity fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across JPMorgan Chase.

Responsibilities
- Perform security administration on Mainframe and Large Midrange servers, ensuring access is granted in accordance with Security Access Control policies, established standards and procedures.
- Analysis of requests for potential risk exposure prior to processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security related issues.
- Answer general inquiries regarding RACF and ACF2 security practice or access.
- Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Mainframe, for both internal and external audits.
- Execute test scripts and perform sampling in preparation of audit review.
- Perform required reconciliation to resolve open audit issues.
- Ensure communications are customer focused and professional.
