iDM Test Engineer

Test Lead will be primarily responsible for e-motor& GB test standard development and DVP&R release. Test Lead will also lead test data analysis and create general test reports. As well as being involved in test set up & commissioning.

Responsible for the eDrive related DVP&R; Being involved in establishment of eDrive test capability (including motor& Gearbox)

Responsible for the e-motor& GB test standard and test method development

Responsible for all kinds of development verification and testing related to e-motor& GB, including drafting verification processes, writing test specifications and general test report.

Responsible for developing comprehensive test plan, including test list, test timing, location etc. Negotiated and aligned internal/customer. Determines Function & Vibration & Durability test profiles necessary to demonstrate customer reliability / confidence requirements. Responsible for customer sign-off. Own & manage overall schedule.

Responsible for leading the resolution of problems during the test process, Collaborate with R&D to optimize designs.

Responsible for leading review all test results, data, summaries, organize all single reports and prepare internal & customer reports.
