Essential Job Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers at award-winning resorts.
- Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
- Communicate benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
- Generate sales through transactions and closing techniques with prequalified leads.
- Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations while maintaining performance goals.
- Attend all training sessions and department meetings, keep current with sales information and industry trends, and set/review performance goals.
Travel Requirements
No travel required outside the home sites area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Training Requirements
- Initial paid training covering sales process, product knowledge, and psychology of the sale.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
Technical Skills
- General smart device skills.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $16.50.
