WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with thecoordinatoror guest’s original order; transport items to theguestroomin a timely mannerto ensure proper food quality.
Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions ofeachitem’sorigin, taste, and preparation methods. Highlighting any special requests or dietary restrictions.Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
Delivery of Daily Amenities to guest rooms and ensuring Amenities are placed in the room prior to the arrival of guests
Anticipate guest needs,ascertainsatisfaction, andoffer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guestcheckssecuring room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

WHAT TO BRING
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Ability to communicate professional and accurately
Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States
Ability to accurately readand work with computer systems.
Strong Customer Service skills
Minimum 1 year of food service orcustomerservice-relatedwork
