In-Seat Runner - Dos Equis Pavilion

The Role
Under the direction of Management and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service of food and beverage orders to guests.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled work timely with neat uniform and appearance.
• Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
• Restock bartender inventory as needed.
• Drain assigned bars and portables of gray water nightly.
• Assist bartenders during service.
• Ensure kitchen preparedness for First Serve.
• Verify orders before leaving the kitchen.
• Deliver orders to correct Section, Row, and Seats promptly.
• Provide condiments, cutlery, etc., as desired.
• End transactions positively.
• Maintain high standards of friendly guest service.
• Work as a team with associates and other service departments.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Management.
• Comply with service standards and inventory control.
• Rotate to other service locations as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
Bartender experience helpful; orientation and on-the-job training provided.
Must be pleasant, courteous, and able to work with others as a team.
Remain calm under stress and provide positive guest service.
Make decisions independently.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Willing to work varied hours based on event schedule.
Able to work at a fast pace and lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
