Department Overview
Our organization focuses on business to business customers including state and local entities, federal government agencies, authorized channel partners, and resellers. Customer service agents qualify and nurture prospects to build a pipeline for the Government Sales organization.
Job Description
This role is 100% inbound where agents follow up on various marketing leads via call/email to pre-qualify leads for sales handoff. Agents work closely with pre and post-sale support, sales, and marketing teams.
- Answer and qualify customer pre-sale inquiries about Motorola solutions, products, or services
- Qualify sales leads based on lead qualification criteria
- Build strong business relationships through courteous customer interaction
- Educate customers on business processes and continuously update product and market knowledge
- Utilize active listening and consultative selling to promote additional products and services
- Act as a single point of contact for clients
- Manage multiple systems and applications during customer interaction effectively
- Use internal tools to qualify and resolve customer issues, multitasking while engaging customers
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Motorola Solutions’ customer satisfaction and business goals
- Exhibit ownership and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction
- Apply strong observation and research skills to resolve customer issues thoroughly
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ years of customer service, sales, or retail experience

Target Base Salary Range: $44,000 - $46,000 USD monthly equivalent
