Sierra Processing, a Waste Connections Company,is looking for asafetyconsciousIndustrial Mechanicto join the team at our recycling plant inAlbany, NY

Hourly Rate:$25-$28/ hour based on experience

Shift:10:30am-8:00pm

Schedule: Mon-Fri / 50-55 hours per week.

Typical job duties include:

• Performs inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, air, andhydraulic systemson MVR equipment such as conveyors, paper and cardboard screen, ballistic screen, optical screen, balers, and others.

• Will power wash heavy equipment during routinepreventative maintenance.

• Complete required paperwork utilizingequipment maintenance softwareprogram.

• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Daily Inspection Reports.

• Conductssafetychecks on vehicles and equipment.

• Performs services calls for emergency breakdowns that may take place in the MRF.

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements –

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

• Previous experience on Industrial Machinery
