In this unique program, you will learn the trade within the Infra Specialists cluster over one and a half years: Road specialties, Soil & Civil specialties, and Equipment Management. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will perform tasks, participate in large impressive projects, obtain certificates, and discover your strengths.
You will have a mentor for questions about work or personal development. Ongoing conversations and evaluations during the program will help determine the best fit for you within the organization after the program ends.
Collaboration with the educational institution Koning Willem 1 College provides a tailored course during the colder months (December to March) spanning 15 days to deepen your knowledge in the field, culminating in a certificate.
This is what you will do:
- Work directly with a contract at Heijmans, rotating between three specialties over one and a half years or focusing on one specialty based on your preference and agreement.
- Road specialties: Work on road markings, guardrails, sound barriers, signage, concrete pavements, road maintenance, and traffic technologies.
