As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products both remotely and onsite. Responsibilities include troubleshooting at L1 and L2 levels, supporting hardware/software, implementing technology at the operating system level across server and network areas, and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will actively participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to problems, and ensure smooth operation of configured services on various platforms.

- Engage in basic and intermediate troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have skills: Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Good to have skills: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining SQL Server performance.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for SQL databases.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Based in Gurugram office.
