As our next Injection Molding Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of leading injection molding operations, providing both supervisory leadership and technical direction. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise, coach, and develop injection molding technicians, IDLs, and engineers while ensuring adherence to safety and standard work
• Provide technical leadership for injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment across production and process changes
• Monitor and improve process capability (Cpk/Ppk) using SPC, MES, and production data
