Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our approach brings clients a combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Key Essentials:
- Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
- Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.
- Develop understanding of partner business goals and turn data into insights that help them succeed.
- Collaborate with sales team to maintain and grow relationships.
- Track, analyze and communicate business metrics and trends to leadership.
- Handle medium to enterprise opportunities within client business segments.
- Manage deals from start to presentation to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and convert them into revenue opportunities using criteria like BANT.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Greek (minimum C1 level).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Approximately 1 year experience in sales or lead generation.
- Inside sales experience with outbound and inbound calling focus.
- Quota-based sales experience with impact on performance and promotion.
- Knowledge of IT and cloud-based technology industry.
- Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications.
